Deposits
Usually, your balance is credited within a few minutes after paying via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. If the balance still doesn't appear after 15 minutes, keep your payment transaction ID and deposit amount ready. Then contact us via 24/7 live chat or [email protected] — our team will verify and resolve it quickly.
The minimum deposit at 6kwin is ৳500. The same limit applies across all four methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. You can deposit ৳500 or any amount above that, and every deposit is processed quickly.
6kwin currently supports four mobile payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are the most widely used mobile wallets in Bangladesh, so transactions are easy from any Android or iPhone. Both deposits and withdrawals are available through each method.
6kwin does not charge any deposit fee — the full amount you deposit will be credited to your account. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply a service charge based on their own policy — check the relevant app for details.
After logging in to 6kwin, go to the "Deposit" option and select bKash. The payment page will show 6kwin's bKash number — send money to that number from your bKash app using "Send Money". Once the transaction is complete, enter the transaction ID you received into the payment form and tap "Confirm". Your 6kwin wallet balance will be updated within a few minutes.
VIP Program
Joining the 6kwin VIP program gives you weekly cashback, faster withdrawal processing, and special offers. The higher the tier you reach, the more your benefits grow. VIP members also receive priority customer service, so any issue gets resolved even faster.
Each week, a set percentage of your total bets is returned as cashback. The rate is up to 0.3% for the Bronze tier, up to 0.7% for the Silver tier, and up to 1.0% for the Gold tier. Cashback is usually credited to your wallet automatically at the end of the week.
The 6kwin VIP program has three tiers. Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%. Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.7%. Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.0%. As you move up each tier, your cashback rate and other benefits increase.
Playing regularly and staying active on your account will automatically move you to a higher tier. The more you bet and the more time you spend active on the platform, the faster you can go from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold. Contact us on live chat for more details about VIP progress.

Yes, the 6kwin support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. For players in Bangladesh, reaching out in Bengali is the easiest option. Write your question or issue description in Bengali and the support agent will reply in Bengali.
To get your issue resolved quickly, have the following information ready before getting in touch: your registered email or username, a brief description of the problem, the payment transaction ID if applicable, the date and time the issue occurred (BST), and a screenshot if possible. Having this information allows the support team to resolve things much faster.
6kwin customer support is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's 2 AM or 5 in the morning — there is always an agent available on live chat. So whenever you run into a problem, feel free to message us on live chat or at [email protected].
Playing on Mobile
Yes, 6kwin is fully mobile-friendly. Without downloading any separate app, you can open the site from any modern browser on your phone — Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Internet, or Safari — and enjoy the full experience. Even on a smaller screen, all buttons and menus work correctly.
When the connection drops, your session is usually saved automatically on the server. After your internet returns, reopen 6kwin in the same browser and you can continue from where you left off. If you feel there is an issue with a result during a bet when the connection was lost, contact live chat — the team will check your account log and confirm the details.
First, clear your browser cache. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Cached images and files. Then reload the page. If the problem persists, close the browser and reopen it, or restart your phone. Also check your internet speed — live games may not work properly on a slow connection.
6kwin works well on both Android and iOS. Any modern smartphone or tablet can be used. For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version and use a 4G or Wi-Fi connection. Some features may be limited on older browsers.
On Chrome (Android): open the site, tap the three-dot menu on the right, choose "Add to Home screen", give it a name, and tap "Add". On iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom, and choose "Add to Home Screen". After that, 6kwin will open with a single tap from your home screen — just like an app.
