01. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and transactions on the 6kwin platform. When you create an account on 6kwin or use the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

2.2 Account Security

The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account. 6kwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
2.3 Account Verification
6kwin may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the requested documents are not provided in a timely manner, 6kwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close the account.
2.4 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
03. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
6kwin currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS):
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
- Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department.
- Rocket — Mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank.
- Upay — Mobile financial service from United Commercial Bank.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required for identity verification or security review.
3.4 Transaction Rules
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
- Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- If a suspicious transaction is detected, 6kwin may hold the withdrawal until verification is complete.
- 6kwin reserves the right to impose limits on withdrawal amounts within a given period.
04. Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance becomes ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
- The same person or household may not claim the same bonus through multiple accounts.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before wagering on the bonus balance is completed.
- 6kwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Accepting a bonus is considered automatic agreement to the terms and conditions of that bonus.
4.4 VIP Program
6kwin's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Regular active use of the platform is required to advance to higher tiers. Benefits and cashback for each tier will be communicated through the platform.
05. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Permitted Use
Users may use 6kwin solely for personal entertainment. Using the platform for commercial or professional purposes is prohibited.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating an account using false or incomplete information.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to play games.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
- Exploiting any bug or error in the 6kwin system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Assisting minors in using the platform or granting them access to your account.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
If the above rules are violated, 6kwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the associated balance and bonuses, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.
06. Gaming Policy & Fairness
6.1 Game Fairness
The outcome of every game on 6kwin is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely random and unbiased. There is no possibility of predetermined results or manipulation.
